I bought 2 of these LED. How to know which pin to connect to + and which to connect to - ? I could'nt find any datasheet. Thks. Pierre

Dear Pierre,
just have a look at the technical data sheet. See page 14: marks for the anode and cathode. Especially the cathode mark is important, as you can see at the second drawing.

I don't know it either. But just try it (with a very low voltage like 2.5V from two AA Cells which are already quite old and nearly empty...) With the correct polarity the LED will glow. Sometimes you can also use a multimeter in the continuity tester mode.
