Yes, you have to use a driver/constant current source (e.g this one) to connect this module to the mains.
If you want to use more than one SmartArray just connect 'em in series and look for a constant current source that's capable of 120V mains and can give an Output voltage of [number of modules] * 12,2V at an Output current of 350mA.
Please Keep in mind that these modules can get quite hot, so they have to be mounted on an heatsink.
Hooking up the SmartArray modules directly to the mains will result in a bang, a bright flash and wasted money, so please avoid that.
