59020 Nickel matt --> EAN: 9007371233038
Lichtstrom: 1440lm
1. Leuchtmittel:
1xLED 16W
Volt: 18
2. Leuchtmittel:
1xLED 4,50W
Volt: 9,00

59040 Messing matt --> EAN: 9007371256617
Lichtstrom: 1440lm
1. Leuchtmittel:
1xLED 16W
Volt: 20
2. Leuchtmittel:
1xLED 4,50W
Volt: 18

All right, if you are looking for: "DPD-70-0607 max 18.7V 20 Watt 1050 mA"

To find your proper model please note down these values:
  • These bulbs are named usually "LED COB"
  • Modeltype DPD-70 means diameter D-"70mm"
  • In the above messages it is informed to be ~20W (that will give around ~2000 Lm). Ensure the value matches with your adapter's power, mine is 24W so ther is enough power margin (24V x 1A max).
  • Check your power adapter to ensure the voltage, mine says 24V. The voltage must be able to drive the serial leds, typically around 2-3V/led. I even checked with the multimeter and it's exact 24V (wow!).
Searching in google the exact match TODAY is this one:
https://es.aliexpress.com/item/32795132 ... 6QtXx&mp=1
  • Brand MAYFAIR 100 pieces Size D70mm 0608 with 18W = 18-21v @ 800ma (gives 1800 lm).
Let's find another alternative, search the above bold text in google, TODAY will lead to you to:
https://es.aliexpress.com/item/32701235267.html
  1. UMAKED (YK) (DJ) 7060 20W (30-34V @ 600mA), requires higher voltage because it has 10 serial led (10S4P)
  2. UMAKED (YK) (DIA) 6042 20W (32-34V @300mA), still higher voltage, but half current(10S2P)
  3. UMAKED (YK) (DJ) 2820 7W (21-22V @ 280mA), matches voltage but too tiny, can put 3 in parallel (7S2P)
I'll try to order a few of these for myself and see what happens. My main concern is whether drive those leds will power on with 2,4V/led instead of 3V (24V/10-Serial) or if they'd be too dim at that voltage then i'd squeeze the adapter to the max current (1A for 4 or 6-Parallel). I'll choose a warm one as apparently (wikipedia LED) there are more chances that the Vdrop fits.

There has been also some comments on the dimmable light selector. These (apparently) should depend on PWM so you can choose any (apparently again).

So here are my findings:

The first to LEDs 1 & 2 above (recall both are 10S and around 2000 lm) do light up with the provided adaptor's voltage (recall 24v) but the light is very weak. You may not even notice it is power on during daylight. It is clear that those leds need more than > 2,4 V/each to provide proper ilumination.

On the other hand LED number 3 (recall 7S and around 700 lm) does light up with neutral white and very strongly for it's size, I'd say at maximum possible (24V means 3,4 V / each). However it burns out quickly due to overheat because it is so tiny that I could not stick it to the metal plate of the stand-light which is the proper place for heat dissipation (plus manufacturer voltage said 21-22V meaning 3 V/each).

In conclusion for a reasonable solution whether:
  • (a) buy the MAYFAIR 100 pieces, use 1 and sell out the other 99 by ebay :-)
  • (c) you are skilled enough so you can stick 3 tiny LEDs in parallel of led number 3 with a screw to the metal plate by making a few holes, plus optionally put a diode in parallel (high-power) for a small voltage drop to avoid LEDs working above max. Sounds complicated and risky.
  • (b) use led number 1 and replace the power adapter with another of 30v @ 20W (or a bit more). I was lucky to have an old broken printer HP with source of 32V @ 48W which works like a charm. Extra mandatory steps required are to remove/shortcircuit the dimmer (thought for 24V) and disable the small focal bulb arm (works at 18V). Optionally refresh/renew the thermic grease. Great!
